Annual Meeting, AOAO Kihei Villages
Saturday, March 30th, 2013, 10am at The Malcolm Center
Only owners of record as shown on the Associations' books as of the close of business on March 29, 2013, or their designated proxy holder, shall be entitled to attend and vote at the meeting. A photo ID may be required.
All owners are encouraged to submit their SIGNED proxy, whether or not you plan to attend the meeting. This will help to ensure that a quorum will be present so Association business may be transacted.
There will be a drawing at this year's annual meeting. Simply submit your completed Proxy form to enter. You may win a $100 gift card! If you need another proxy form "contact us" on this site and one will be emailed to you. Forms are also available at the KV Site Office.

To find The Malcolm Center; take Piilani Hwy South to Lipoa St. turn left, go up to the end of the street past the tech park, take left see Malcolm Center on the right.
